Our management team is young and ambitious and brings a different commercial approach to agreeing orders and company terms.
When you commission us, we prepare a landscaping design that follows your requirements and the current trends.
We can provide fast, thorough cleaning of your hotel, home or office, and we offer subscription cleaning of your properties on good terms.
Our head office is in Burgas, on the site of Lukoil Neftochim AD.

Geya-04 EOOD has signed a grant contract
Project BG05M9OP001-1.003-1143-C01 “Creating new jobs at Geya 04 EOOD”
On 22.08.2016 Geya-04 EOOD signed a contract for a grant under the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014–2020.
The approved project has a total value of 111 177.96 leva, of which 94 501,27 leva are European and 16 676,69 leva national co-financing. The grant covers 100%.
Geya-04 EOOD will carry out the project, which provides for:
- hiring 14 unemployed or inactive people from the target groups, 7 of them young people up to 29 and people over 54 who are looking for work or inactive, as “Landscaping worker”, “Technician” and “Supplier/Delivery person”;
- employment and wages for a period of 12 months;
- suitable conditions for the new employees to do their work, by equipping the new workplaces.
After the project ends, Geya-04 EOOD undertakes to keep at least half of the jobs for at least 12 more months, giving them employment for 24 months in all.
The project will have an entirely positive effect on the people of the target groups. Through the professional experience they gain, the new employees will learn new skills that make them more adaptable on the labour market and, in the long term, help them take a more active part in it. Carried out successfully, the project will bring lasting employment, higher incomes, economic activity and social integration.
By creating new jobs, including for the vulnerable group of unemployed and inactive young people up to 29 and unemployed or inactive people over 54, the project will help to overcome unemployment among the vulnerable groups on the labour market, above all young people and the long-term unemployed, and to reach higher employment among older people.
